The DeWitt Chamber Foundation is a volunteer, non-profit, charitable organization created to assist the DeWitt Area Chamber of Commerce in its quest to create and promote the
development and implantation of creative, scientific, cultural, and educational opportunities which will enhance the quality of the life throughout the DeWitt Community.

The Foundation currently awards scholarships supporting two career paths, Skilled Trades and Medical Services. To date, the DeWitt Foundation has awarded nearly 50 scholarships to graduating seniors throughout Clinton County.

While the Foundation values these scholarship programs; it will begin to expand its role in the community by partnering with DeWitt Chamber and the DeWitt Memorial Association to
create a series of community activities and events to encourage investment in our children, our community, and our businesses.

In order for a community to maintain its character, home values, safe neighborhoods, and true Sense of Place, it is important to continually think outside the box to attract creative and scientific ideas which will support a strong cultural and educational foundation.
